We've added two shorter options! If you're tight on time or budget, let us join you for an hour or two. We can cover a specific topic (see list below) or do some group coaching for your team around a pressing issue. We'd love to join you for a staff meeting or as part of your retreat.

Half-Day (3.5-Hour) Workshop
The half-day workshop is our most popular option. If you're just diving into CliftonStrengths, this is the best option. In our half-day workshop, Building a Strengths-Based Team, we cover the basics of the CS Framework, let folks explore and better understand their reports, and talk about team dynamics. Or if your team is already up to speed on CliftonStrengths, we can dive into other leadership and wellness topics (see list below) based on your team's needs.

Leadership Bundle | Full-Day (7-Hour) Workshop
Want a full day of training and inspiration? Give your team a full-day with us! We can combine our half-day workshop on Building a Strengths-Based Team with other leadership topics of your choice. Or if your team is already up to speed on CliftonStrengths, we can dive into other leadership and wellness topics (see list below) based. This investment includes a 60-Minute Coaching Call for the team leader and a 90-Minute Follow-Up Q&A Session for your Team.
Full-Day (7-Hour) Workshop | $5197

Team Coaching | Series of 2-Hour Sessions
We combine the best of coaching and learning into a series of 2-hour sessions. In each session, we'll cover a topic and give team members a chance to work through specific related issues like during coaching. This process is more in-depth and interactive, so pricing is based on 20 or fewer participants. Additional participants can be added for $100 per person.

TOPICS | We use CliftonStrengths as a framework for our leadership curriculum, so we always recommend starting there. Once your team is up to speed on their Strengths, we can dive into a variety of topics, like Energy Management, Coaching Your Team, Managing Change, Discovering Your Authentic Leadership Style, Stress & Self-Care, etc. You can download the full list HERE.

CLIFTONSTRENGTHS CODES | These rates do not include codes to take the CliftonStrengths assessment. We offer discounted codes for our clients, so you can decide the best code investment for your team, and so you're not paying for codes you don't need. If you'd like to purchase codes now, please use the Invoice option below. Otherwise, you can purchase what you need closer to your session.

TRAVEL | These rates cover the cost of a virtual or in-person workshop within 50 miles of the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area. Please use the invoice option if you'd like to schedule an in-person workshop outside that area, so we can add in travel costs. Or we can invoice you seperately for travel once we get your session scheduled.

PARTICIPANTS | Our rates for workshops include up to 40 participants, so if you have a smaller team, feel free to reach out to other teams on campus and combine resources! Additional participants over 40 are $70 per person. Our rates for team coaching packages are for up to 20 participants. Additional participants over 20 are $100 per person. If you aren't sure how many people will be participating when you book, we can invoice you for any extra participants once those numbers have been firmed up.
